Have you made your donation to IYC? It’s not too late and we are still in need of donations to continue supporting our teachers and students. Please don’t wait No donation is too small, every dollar makes a difference. You can donate on-line or drop off a check or cash to the PTSA lock box in the front office. Find details at www.southmeckhsptsa.com/invest-in-your-child.html. Thank you to those who have already given!
Rotary Youth Exchange is a study abroad program providing long-term academic year exchanges as well as short-term summer exchanges. Over 8,000 students each year are invited to participate in Rotary Youth Exchanges. Currently Rotary Youth Exchange has a student from Poland attending South Meck High School and is in need of host families for him. Each family hosts for a period of 3-4 months. It is a wonderful way to provide an international experience to your family. If you are interested, call or text Karen Steffens at 704-650-8817.
All are welcome to attend our monthly board meeting on Monday, October 29 at 6:30 pm in the Media Center.
