PTSA Members We Need You!
Please see us to sign off on our budget and say hello at Meet The Teacher Night, 9/24 from 5:30 – 6:00.
All PTSA members are invited to stop by our table in the mall (same building as the Media Center) on Monday, September 24 from 5:30 -6:00 to sign off on our budget for the school year and drop off IYC donation and PTSA Membership forms. We will be there 30 minutes before you need to be in your student’s homeroom, so stop by and say hello!
Next PTSA Board Meeting
The next meeting will be held Tuesday, October 2 at 6:30 pm in the Media Center. All are welcome.

Have you checked out The Sabre Voice? It’s an awesome and informative new blog/website, created and updated by our own students. This website is one central location for students, staff, parents, and community members to view news and entertainment related to South Meck. Rather than receiving a newsletter at the end of each week as in the past, everyone will be able to visit this website at any time to see real-time updates with the latest news and information. Soon, we will begin sending all our communication through The Sabre Voice. Check it out here.
Reflections Art Competition is Back!
Students! Do you enjoy art, music and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films or photography? Then have fun unleashing your inner artist with the PTA Reflections Art Competition! This year’s theme, “Heroes Around Me,” calls for your own unique interpretation through the arts. Pick up submission guidelines and an entry form today from the Media Center, or find it all online at meckptareflections.weebly.com. The deadline to submit entries is Thursday, November 1.
Volunteer at The School Store
The School store (located in the Mall Area, same building as the Media Center) needs volunteers to work from 10:30 – 12:30 Wednesdays and Fridays. It’s a great opportunity to volunteer at school, embarrass your kid(s) and help out the athletic boosters.
