South Meck Swim/Dive Team Celebrations

Congrats to the South Meck swim and dive team! The men's team is undefeated (5-0) through December and won over a strong Providence team December 15th. Garrett Boone continues to dominate and lead the way for the Sabres! Other major contributors are Wesley Barnett, Ty Vendal, Jack Marquardt, Coleman McCreery, Logan Robinson and freshman Michael Brashear.

On the women's side, they lost by 2 points to a very strong Providence women’s team! A hard fought battle in every race! The women's team is now 4-1. Senior swimmer Ellie Marquardt is undefeated in all her swims for the season and broke a South Meck record in the 100 freestyle by swimming a 51.97. Teammate Katie Rauch, also undefeated in her swims, was swimmer of the week for the Sabres and has helped to lead South Meck relays to first place every meet.

Senior divers Ethan and Luke Foster continue to dominate on the boards and look forward to a strong finish to their high school diving career!
