Homecoming BBQ!

The South Mecklenburg Athletic Booster Club's Annual Homecoming Day BBQ is Friday, October 12 from 11am to 6pm. This fundraiser helps the Booster Club support all athletic teams at South Meck. Student Athletes should have received their ticket packets to sell BBQ from their coaches or team parent already.

The packets are due Tuesday, October 2nd through Friday, October 5th. There will be parent volunteers outside of the Small Cafe during all lunch periods to accept the packets. (PLEASE NOTE: ALL packets & tickets are to be returned; even if unsold.)

The BBQ Day is a huge event & we need lots of parent volunteers! There is a SignUpGenius for the volunteer slots for those interested. Please consider giving of your time; it is a fun day!!
