Swim and Dive Team Sign Up

Attention all Sabres! If you are interested in joining the Swim & Dive Team and were not able to attend the informational meeting last week, it is not too late! Stop by the front office and fill out a Swim & Dive Team Information Sheet.

The sheets are located in the white basket on the shelf to the right of the Attendance Secretary’s desk. Once you fill out the form please put it back in the same Swim & Dive white basket.

All athletes will need a physical to participate. Athletic physical forms are also located in the Swim & Dive basket and online under Athletic Forms.
