Eagle Scout of The Year, Josiah Smith!

Out of 244 Eagle Scouts in Mecklenburg County, Josiah Smith was recently awarded Eagle Scout of the Year for Mecklenburg County and Eagle Scout Project of the Year, the first time these two awards have been presented to the same Eagle Scout!
Due to his hard work, Josiah has also been selected to participate in a 5 week study abroad with CIEE in Japan and a counselor in training for Camp Hanes!
If you happen to spot Josiah in the hallways don’t forget to say congrats for his well deserved accomplishments!
